Deskhand provides AI-assisted lead response, qualification, and follow-up software for home-service businesses, integrated with the customer's existing tools. Specific inclusions, pricing, and commitments are set out in each customer's order or agreement.
You confirm you have the right to connect the accounts and phone lines you provide, and that your use of messaging through the service complies with laws applicable to your business. You review and confirm all bookings — the service collects information and availability but does not commit your business without you.
No unlawful, deceptive, or spam messaging. We may suspend accounts used to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Founding-customer pricing remains in effect for as long as the subscription stays active. Either party may cancel with 30 days' notice after any minimum term stated in the order.
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated messages may occasionally be imperfect; escalation rules exist so a human stays in control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
