Deskhand ("we", "us") provides AI-powered lead-response software for home-service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you join our waitlist or contact us: your name, email, phone number, company name, and anything you include in a message. If you become a customer: business configuration details (services, service area, pricing rules, business hours) and lead/customer message data processed on your behalf to deliver the service.
To respond to your inquiry, provide and improve the service, and send you relevant updates about Deskhand. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your customers' data for anything other than operating your account.
Messages sent by Deskhand on behalf of customers comply with CASL (Canada) and TCPA/CAN-SPAM (US), including opt-out instructions and immediate honoring of STOP requests.
We use trusted processors to run the service (e.g., hosting, SMS delivery, form processing, CRM integrations such as Jobber). They receive only what's needed to perform their function.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing jeffreydommasch@icloud.com.
